Regulatory Status
Prime Growth Capital Partners (Pty) Ltd ("PGCP", "we", "us") is a private company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa under the Companies Act 71 of 2008.
PGCP is not an authorised financial services provider under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002, and does not render financial advice or intermediary services as defined in that Act. Nothing on this website or in any communication from PGCP should be construed as financial advice or as an intermediary service in respect of any financial product.
Where a client requires a service that may only lawfully be rendered by an authorised financial services provider, we will say so and, where appropriate, refer the client to a suitably licensed provider. PGCP does not accept fees for rendering regulated financial services.

Nature of Our Services
PGCP is a corporate finance and transaction advisory firm. Our work comprises:
- Capital raising support: preparing businesses and projects for funders, structuring the terms of a proposed transaction, and managing the process through to completion
- Transaction advisory: advice on the structure, pricing, and execution of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
- Valuations and due diligence: business valuations and transaction due diligence to an institutional standard
- Structured transactions: design and structuring of bespoke transactions, including defined-outcome solutions, executed with licensed issuers and counterparties
These services are rendered to institutions, corporates, and founders on a mandate basis, under a written engagement letter that sets out the scope of work and the basis of our fees.
